July was a refreshing month for us at The Sanctuary. We intentionally slowed down and embraced a different rhythm - one that included more time for fellowship and social engagement. Truly, it was a blessing to all of us.
At last month’s Ice Cream Social, Pastor shared a message about relationships. He reminded us that God designed us to live in connection with one another. Drawing from the parable of the Good Samaritan, Pastor spoke about how easy it can be to overlook those in need, whether due to busyness or misplaced priorities. He challenged us to be like the Samaritan: compassionate, and willing to act. When we stop to connect, serve, and share the gospel, we live out the love of Christ.

Make a plan to connect this month. Pray that God places someone on your heart. Reach out to them and spend time with them. Meet a need if possible, and pray with them. If you haven't been a part of The Sanctuary's Home Group Fellowship, contact us to be connected to a home group!
